 * Hey thanks Clarion Technologies for your help, i actually found out the issue,
   i just needed to link my domain name to my server, since they’re not from the
   same company, and just like that its been sorted!! newbie ignorance!

   got it registered and went on to install WP version 4.5, then i couldnt progress
   because of this issue.Thank you so much for your help.
    by the way it’s a first
   time install, not a re-install issue, meaning the blog has not yet been up.

 * i actually have the same issue, i bought domain name with namecheap and used 
   hostgator for hosting, after the WP quick install, i clicked to open admin (domain.
   com/wp-admin),but it says connection was reset! can anyone help please? its my
   first installation for a new blog so i’m thinking maybe there’s a time delay 
   before that activates??? thanks.
