First of all you are using an unsupported and obsolete version of the plugin. You can get the latest version [here](http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/angsumans-translator-plugin-pro-for-wordpress-blogs-released/). * Here are two solutions for your problem. * The error message is pretty indicative and the changes were most likely made by your hosting provider. Either you have safe mode set or open_basedir has been set in php.ini. Any one of them will cause this problem. The solution is to request your web hosting provider to remove these restrictions. If you have access to the php.ini file then you can comment these lines yourself. A better option is to upgrade your plugin. * Please do not reply to this post. Google can easily recognize a blog from a non-blog. * It isn’t easy to identify blogs. Many normal sites are heavily interlinked too. They might look for RSS feeds but then again normal sites do that too. My Joomla based [corporate site](http://www.taragana.com/site/) is not a blog and yet it provides RSS feeds. * Otto said> I would not be surprised if not having nofollow on your blog *reduced* your pagerank. * That is wrong concept. Disabling Nofollow merely exericises your capability to give value to an outgoing link. If your outgoing link value is x then having n outgoing links will distribute it by giving x/n weightage to each outgoing links. * Disabling nofollow *does not decrease your Pagerank*. * There is another misconception on nofollow. Google actually follows nofollow links. However it doesn’t give weight to them based on the linkage. But it is rather complex to setup, though more powerful. So I suggested AdRotator which is fine for most purposes.
