 * Update: I’ve figured it out:) btw, this plugin works wonderfully with sliced 
   quotes! and they’re free!

 * Hi Pinal,
 * Thank you for your response! I have an additional question please – the settings
   gives me an option to hide billing and shipping address fields. How can i add
   these fields back to the link that is sent to my customer to make payment?
