In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Send button doesn’t work with Recaptcha & DOIDHi Barbara,
I have all three of those installed on several sites with no problems. If you wouldn’t mind submitting a support ticket @ http://www.doubleoptinfordownload.com I will look into it for you. They all should coexist happily together.

In reply to: [Double Opt-In for Download] Does not workI hate to admit it it, but I actually deserve this one.
You are right. Your email to me was loud and clear. I need to cut the dependency when it comes to upgrading the free version to the premium version. Even though I give instructions, in my purchase emails and on the website on how to properly upgrade DOIFD from the free to pro versions, it should be an easier process.
That has been on my todo list for a long time, but was never really an issue until now.
At the moment, I don’t see why a 404 error over a JS file is causing a problem with an upload. It has nothing to do with the upload process. That particular JS file you mentioned is part of WordPress’s Color Picker, which I use for the form customization. If I remove it, it will not work. I will look into it further….
I do apologize for the inconvenience and time it caused you.

In reply to: [Double Opt-In for Download] 404 on default form css fileThe default form styles not saving was actually a browser/server cache issue. 404 for the CSS file will be resolved in the next upcoming release.

In reply to: [Double Opt-In for Download] 404 on default form css fileYes, it’s an old file reference. Thank you for pointing that out. I will remove it.
If you wouldn’t mind putting a ticket in at http://support.doubleoptinfordownload.com I would like to follow up on the form styles not changing. I can’t seem to replicate on my test servers.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Double Opt-In for Download] Fatal error when activatingHey jpwot & syriliah,
I can’t seem to duplicate this error with 4.2.2. If either one of you would like to submit a support ticket through my main site, wwww.doubleoptinfordownload.com I would be more than happy to work through this problem with you.

Hi,
Just to clarify, the CSV file is downloading but it’s empty. Is that correct? Can you try it in a different browser, if you haven’t already, and see if you get the same result?
For the notification emails since its just those too, it sounds like your ip address has been put on a spam list. Contact each service and ask them to white list your ip address.
This is pretty common if your using shared hosting and every time I get a new IP address i have to go through this with one service or another, usually AT&T.

In reply to: [Double Opt-In for Download] The worst plugin and developer ever metI apologize if you felt I was trying to ridicule you. That was not my intention at all. I was merely trying to illicit more information from you. Which you did.
I was truly at a loss. You never mentioned that you were using a Unbound in your previous posts and I was truly at a loss as to how your website was setup. If I knew that, my answer would have been immediate. DOIFD doesn’t work with Unbound.
Bottom line, I do apologize if I offended you, it was not my intention at all. That’s the problem with blogs and forums. Without facial expressions and eye contact something that was meant to be simple can turn into something entirely different.

In reply to: [Double Opt-In for Download] Landing pages slugYou mentioned that you were selecting the Landing Page from the Options -> Settings section. If so, you are using a very old version of DOIFD. The landing page selection was moved to the upload form quite some time ago.
You also mentioned, “Database set to on”. There is nothing like that in DOIFD.
I’m a bit at a loss as to how your site is setup.

In reply to: [Double Opt-In for Download] Landing pages slugHi Elisa,
I’m not quite sure I’m following here, so correct me if I’m off base.
The plugin pulls the link for the landing page from wordpress. So however you have your permalinks structured in wordpress is how the link will be displayed in the email.
