Thanks for your really helpful reply! * I’ve now got the site *kind of* working but I’ve got an even stranger issue now. * OK- So nothing was sending in mail logging so I used WP-SMTP set using a throwaway Gmail account. Test email worked fine but Woo emails still were not sending and the IPN was still stuck on Pending Payment even though payment was going through. * I thought this was strange as in testing I used my Paypal and didn’t have this problem so I switched it back. Without the SMTP plugin I got nothing but with it activated, it worked fine. * What fresh madness is this?!! So I did all of this but I’ve gotten no response. I have also noticed that the WC support system is clearly mentioned as for purchased extensions only. I think it’s using a bold heading for the particular heading. The culprit was a project management plugin. Once activated, BOOM! There was the mess. * There was a “Use_theme_template” checkbox selected in it’s settings.
