Thank you for the quick response.
Upon further inspection I was able to reproduce it once, we’re using webhead’s Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms, which saves the form entries in the cookies.
If the cookies get deleted (via an extension or user behavior) it results in the blank field emails.
