 * Domain host says this is a WP problem! And as commented above, when I switched
   themes Theme Editor was still not showing

 * Thank you. I did try changing themes and had the same problem so I don’t think
   it’s theme specific. I have contacted my Domain host as I think the problem is
   probably there.
