I found this too. But it doesn’t work for the front page. If I post a new entry it appears on the frontpage with pulled inline pic again. The css made no difference between wanted and unwanted featured images. I insert the css right now. Do you can help me a little bit and give me an example? I dont use any child theme. * But I dont like to change the background of the text/font. I like to dim out the picture witch becomes the becomes the background of smaler displays like in 3.8.4 Look at my exaples above. Enable it and you see the problem. In Evolve 3.8.4 it grey out the picture a litte bit if you enter small display sizes and the text is an overlay of the picture so can better read the text. In Evolve 3.9.x the grey out for background pictures is missing and the text can’t be read. Can you tell me were to place the opacity in .css for the smaler sizes? I try the plugin ‘Simple Image Size’ but it has no visible effect. The Image type evolve-slider-thumbnail was reduced to 400x300px but the theme slider layout scale it up to 615x461px. Is there a way to prevent rescaling this image beyond the original size? Maybe with a custom css? For my use the image is to big in the slider and I like to reduce it a little bit. * I can use this pice of code * ``` .carousel img { margin-top: -45px; margin-bottom: -45px; } ``` * but this is only a quick and dirty fix. I just install the plugin ‘Simple Image Sizes’ and now I can change the size and crop it.
