 * I’m using the lite version. I didn’t know there was an extended version.

 * Weird. I explicitly enabled that feature to try to fix the problem. Maybe it 
   just needed a hard reset?

 * It’s a problem that happened all of a sudden.It has not always been like this.
   We have multiple sites using the plugin with the standard font, which works fine.
 * Is the font used a standard font in the plugin, or is it inherited from the theme?
