 * This is the shortcode I’m using:
    [color-button href=”#section_promotions” rel
   =”m_PageScroll2id”]Back to Top[/color-button] It works but it’s not scrolling
   to the top, it just jumps. When I don’t use the color button the scrolling works
   and that shortcode looks like this: [Top](https://wordpress.org/support/users/amprep/replies/?output_format=md#section_promotions)
