I am not quite understood but as I know I am already using custom menus. And submenus are not showing up.
What I did to make this custom menu was that I added the buddypress pages in appearance>>menus and took “Profile” page as a main menu and added other pages like “groups”,”messages”,”notifications”,”friends” etc under sub menus of “profile”.
So now when I hover over profile, it shows a drop down list of other pages but these pages also had another sub items when it was in admin bar’s top right corner.
Now please tell me are you talking about any plugin or somethin else???
