 * If you use shortcode, you can’t change title via setting option. Setting option
   only work for php code ‘<?php do_action(‘show_bnt’); ?>’
 * If you want to change title via shortcode, use it: ‘[breaking_news_ticker title
   =”Breaking News”]’
