 * Thank you Michelle, I just sent a message via the contact form but unfortunately
   forgot to include the link to this thread. Would I need to send it again?

 * [@bizanimesh](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bizanimesh/) thanks for your
   response.
 * Here is an update since my last post:
 * When I log in to the new site, I get the message that there is another website
   that says it is the owner of the jetpack account (that is the staging site) and
   asking if I want to move the subscribers to the new site which I did and then
   deleted the staging site.
 * So the stats and subscribers were actually moved to thenew site.
 * But later on I had to deactivate jetpack (for some other reason) and when I re-
   enabled it, the stats and subscribers were all gone.
 * Now the issue is how do I get them back since I already deleted the staging site?
 * I hope my explanation above is clear enough.
 * Please if you don’t mind, I’d prefer not to post the link publicly. Is there
   a way to share the link with you privately?`

 * Thanks for the quick response, I’ve actually not bought the plugin yet, just
   trying to figure out which one I’m supposed to buy. So guess I will buy the one
   site license now and get in touch with you through email support when that is
   done.

 * Maybe this is why:
