 * Been getting a similar error. Deactivating the Watu plugin solved the problem.

 * I disabled the cache plugin and opened the course to all, but the problem persists.
 * Also, if I edit it the quiz and then try to view it using its permalink ([https://www.learningglue.com/quizzes/java-operators/](https://www.learningglue.com/quizzes/java-operators/))
   the questions do not appear.
 * Could it be that the quiz content is not found? Could this be a database issue?
   I have upgraded the database a couple of times, is there anyway to verify if 
   those upgrades were successful?
