It appears to be an issue with the Role Scoper plugin. I will follow up with them.
Correction. It is happening on my Win 7 PC now with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari as well. I just updated to the latest Role Scoper plugin. Seems like it could be an issue with the plugin itself.
