 * Since you are not receiving an email, let’s try the basic non-technical solutions:
    1. **Check Spam/Junk Folders**: Check if the password reset email has landed in
       either of these two folders before going through other steps.
    2. **Contact your hosting provider**: Hosting provider can reset the site’s password
       as they usually have access to your backend/database.
    3. **Admin Accounts**: If your company’s account have any other admins ask them
       to reset your password.
