 * I am also facing the same issue for my website (www.offbeatexplorers.com) where
   post areas and ‘Continue Reading’ are not clickable on mobile phone. I would 
   be trying the above solution suggested, still posting for informing the team.
 * (Edit: I applied the CSS code suggested by you and it is working great on mobile.
