There is multiple threads on this issue on your website with users all having the same issues with no resolution. I shouldnt have to pay a developer to search my website with a fine pick when your program should be working as intended.

Well of course your test site is going to work, you are the support and you want me to believe it is functioning however you are performing tests on a TEST site, not a LIVE functioning site.
This issue is WIDELY known across the internet so I know it is a WordPress/WooCommerce issue.
