I tried a couple times with maximum execution time for each scan stage to 8, and turned debugging mode off. still no luck, but I will try with more time between / check the resource usage and make sure it is low before starting. * I ran a test and looked at the resource usages in my cPanel. I can see that during the scan, the I/O was creating the most faults and may be the limiting factor. My I/O limit is 1 mb / s.
