No, I didn’t get an error message. I could switch between the two basic templates but it wouldn’t let me publish either one of them. Each time I tried to publish the poll, it asked me to choose a template. I did but a window popped up asking to upgrade to pro for $17. If I closed the window, it asked me to choose a template again. I kept going in circles and got nowhere but meeting the $17 request. That’s not free in my book.
I ran into the same problem. The “use and customize” option required me to upgrade to the pro version for $17. Other than that, it wouldn’t let me get the short code. What happened to the two free templates? No longer free?
