In reply to: [Elementor Header & Footer Builder] Suddenly it is not working in backendYes, I’ve notified Yoast and they were able to replicate the error. Here is their response along with a link to the thread.
Upon doing some further tests, we had a test site with WP 5.7.2 and the default WP theme of TwentyTwenty. We then made sure that only Yoast SEO v16.5, Elementor v3.2.5, and Elementor Header & Footer Builder v1.6.1 were the only plugins enabled. Once we created a test template, we were then able to reproduce the fatal errors reported. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! We apologize for the trouble you are currently experiencing with our plugin. Luckily, a so-called "bug report" (a description of the issue, so we can fix it) is filed already. What's next? Our product team will assess the severity of this problem in relation to other open bug reports and new features. Based on their assessment, the bug report will be given a priority level. Our developers work on the highest priority issues first. Unfortunately, this means we cannot give you an estimate of when they'll start working on your report. If you have any further information that may affect the prioritization or help our development team solve this bug, please feel invited to reply to this forum topic. We also recommend reaching out to the developers of the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin and report this issue with them as well. Having both teams working on this issue will help in order to get this resolved faster. Thanks! In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Conflict with Elementor Header & Footer BuilderThank you for the quick response. Yes, I am running the latest versions of WP and all plugins.
It is definitely a conflict with Elementor Header & Footer Builder
https://wordpress.org/plugins/header-footer-elementor/When I disable Yoast, that plugin works. When I reactivate Yoast I get the error I described above. If I deactivate Elementor Header & Footer Builder then I don’t get an error from Yoast.
I don’t know which plugin is actually causing the problem, I just know that Yoast is what is reported in the error log.
I have contacted the developer of Elementor Header & Footer Builder as well but have not heard back from them, so in the mean time I’ve deactivated their plugin since I need Yoast functioning more than I do the other plugin.

In reply to: [Elementor Header & Footer Builder] Broken againThe conflict is with Yoast. I have the same problem and have started a new topic on it. I must be able to use Yoast so I have to leave this one deactivated unfortunately.

In reply to: [Elementor Header & Footer Builder] Suddenly it is not working in backendDo either of you have Yoast installed and activated? I am having this same problem but when I deactivate Yoast the issue goes away, so there is a conflict between this and Yoast.
I require Yoast so I have to do without this plugin until the issue is resolved.

In reply to: [Search & Replace] Plugin abandoned?I’m getting the same thing. I’ve switched over to Better Search and Replace. Works just as good if not “better” 🙂

In reply to: [WordPress Mega Menu - QuadMenu] Overriding Avada Theme CSSI found the settings for the menu and the logo under Mega Menu’s options, so you can disregard this.
One suggestion however, I would think that since I had to install another plugin to integrate this with Avada, the least it would do would be to read in the settings for the logo and the menu so I wouldn’t have to reset all those from scratch.
It’s a custom theme that was developed inhouse. Strange that you cannot replicate it. The css file uses background: url(images/background_image.jpg); When I set it to make the CSS inline and I look at the site, the background image doesn’t display and when I look at the source it shows the CSS as background: url(images/background_image.jpg), so it’s looking for the image from the home directory rather than the template directory.
I just ran a test and made one change to the Advanced Asset Optimization, disabled the plugin, then re-enabled it and checked the settings. My change was still there, so I don’t know what caused the settings to disappear before. A little disconcerting but I guess you can disregard this.
Disregard. I found the link setting. You have to click on the circled i on the gallery when editing an album.

In reply to: [ARI Fancy Lightbox - WordPress Popup] WordPress Gallery Block (Gutenberg)I’m having the same issue. I tried adding “.wp-block-gallery$$A” where stated above but that didn’t help, it still opens the image as a new page.
I just updated WC Vendors to the latest version and now my descriptions from the Vendor’s shop page have disappeared. This is marked as resolved but doesn’t indicate what the solution was.
I restored the version I had a backup of (1.9.13) and the descriptions are now back.

In reply to: [Grids: Layout builder for WordPress] Missing SettingsOk thanks. By adding add_theme_support( ‘align-wide’ ); to my functions.php file I am now able to get the settings I’m looking for.
It might be helpful to mention that somewhere in the documentation.
Again, thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Grids: Layout builder for WordPress] Missing SettingsWell it’s not my theme, I just activated Twenty8teen and it does the same thing as my theme. Is this dependent on something that TwentyNineteen uses?

In reply to: [Grids: Layout builder for WordPress] Missing SettingsOk it appears to be an issue with my custom theme. I disabled all the plugins and I still had the problem. I switched to twentynineteen and not I see the other tabs and can set it to “wide” and see the “Extend to viewport sides”.
So now I have to determine what it is about my theme.
