 * You cannot update the status of this topic with words only without providing 
   a solution.
 * I have to say that since Elementor’s team is taking this matter very seriously,
   then i am expecting the patch to be released very soon. Otherwise, this topic
   is not resolved.

 * Hi [@fyrakins](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fyrakins/), i had to do what’s
   best and just delete the plugin since its taking forever support to contact back
   their customers. 
   That was my solution and that’s why i marked this topic as 
   resolved. Hope you find a better plugin with a helpful customer service.

 * Yes, i am using Buddyboss. 
   I swear there was issue when i created this topic.
   I have deleted the plugin after creating the topic and since you have replied
   back, i just tried again and everything seems to work.
 * Anyway, thanks for the follow up and i will contact you back if anything occurs
   regarding this issue.

 * I contacted Elementor and raised a ticket regarding the issue. It has been escalated
   to a higher team, i guess. Hopefully they can fix the issue asap. 
   These issues
   shouldn’t occur with such page builder plugins that are essential to most websites.
   We’ll see what they have to say about it.

 * There is no way to contact anyone. The button to Submit a Ticket leads me to 
   WordPress.org. No, chat available nor found in the documentation onto how to 
   delete an account.
