I have not yet tried to restore the tar.gz file as the site is still fully accessible from the front end. I just cannot access/edit WordPress from cPanel. Before updating WordPress and Botiga, this was the method I used to log onto the site and make changes. I’m sharing it on here for any future people that experience the same issue. * My underlying issue is due to a lazy “fix” my hosting provider instructed me to do when I first set up the website. My site was not appearing unless accessed via beewickd.com/wordpress and they had me copy files around. I just did the test on one orphaned store item. * I deleted it and emptied the trash. I then re-uploaded the simple item created from Google sheets and it imports without any errors. Also, I have to have the main product as “variable” and the variations as “variations”? * Then delete/empty trash, and re-upload the csv file? * Can I just delete the items database and re-create it from scratch?
