Yes, I had the Plugin Google Docs Embedder installed. It is now deleted. * If I click “view,” I get an “Oops! That page can’t be found.” Message * If I insert short code into my page, the form appears…sort-of. Thank you, I would never have found the “enable form submission” but it is now checked. 2. Good. 3.Good. * When I mentioned the plugin button, I meant, when I am creating a page/post and I want to insert the form, there is a button for “Google Docs Embedder” in the bar above the text box and the “insert” button is not active – but that’s neither here nor there. I’d prefer to simply create a link and have the form open in a new window. Which I have now done. * So, here’s an interesting bit of information… If I log into my Google account > Google Forms > Responses: I see all of the test responses I’ve been filling out. However, I have never received an email indicating that this form has been filled out and I am still not seeing the Form Submission Log populate with these responses. But now I can not add a link to the google doc using the plugin buttons.
