Just solved.
Installing the plugin wp Fancy Message Box causes various errors when using Evolve theme (and many others to, I suppose).

I temporary forced http redirect on the page.
I tested it in a clean wordpress 4.4.2 installation.
Over https://, works everything except the date time picker
