 * i get a spinning wheel as if its about to start, and then the error.

 * Hi im wiyh smart hosting. It works prefectly on all of the other wordpress sites
   i use with the same hosting company, just not this one and i cant work out why.
   Tried using an older veraion of the plugin and it still didnt work.

 * Im getting this error when trying to import as well. Does anyone have any ideas
   how to fix or what could be causing this?
