In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX] Customize LabelsSmart Countdown FX plugin does some extra work with label strings before they are displayed on the page, e.g. singular/plural transformation.
This is why language poedit files are required. There are no direct options to set label strings globally in plugin.

In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX Events Calendar Bridge] Countdown Finishes Day EarlyUnfortunately, this plugin is not supported any more. With the latest Tribe Events update Smart Countdown FX import plugin has stopped working at all.
If Events Calendar / Smart Countdown pair is still working in your installation (just guessing) – might it be that the event in question is an all-day event (i.e. no start/end times)? Then some kind of time shift or a bug may produce 24-h error.
I’m sorry for not being able to help.

In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX Easy Recurring Events] Shortcode not workingI have checked your site. It should be a misprint with the shortcode – I just see it literally on your page import_config=”scd_easy_recurrence::1″.
“import_config” is not a shortcode itself, it’s just an attribute of “smartcountdown” shortcode, e.g. [smartcountdown import_config=”scd_easy_recurrence::1″ mode=”countdown_to_end” title_before_down=”Next service in:” title_before_up=”Current service ends in:”]

In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX] Styling issues, need help!About digits / labels alignment. <labels_vert_align> is set to “middle” in your layout preset. Try making digits slightly bigger than labels (actually you have both set to 20) or set another vertical alignment for digits, e.g. “top”.

In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX] Styling issues, need help!I’m really sorry! There was an error in documentation.
“text_before_size” and “text_after_size” attributes are not valid, should read “title_before_size” and “title_after_size” respectively.
That is why text size settings didn’t have effect.

In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX] Styling issues, need help!I don’t think 1.5px style comes from a theme, in web inspector this style is an element style, i.e. inline, set by client JS plugin code.
It would be handy to review custom preset xml file you are using. You can attach it to a message in ticket thread (don’t think a forum is right place for xml attachments).
However as I said I don’t have access to my WP development installation until next weekend. I will take a look at the issue.

In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX] Styling issues, need help!Sorry for the late reply, I’m still on vacations and only carry current projects I’m working on with me.
I have checked the site. There are two observations:
1. Numbers and labels (hours, minutes, etc.) are not vertically aligned due to top:1.5px style on labels. Not sure where it comes from, as I said I don’t have WP code right now.
2. Texts before and after the counter are not vertically aligned, which is a known issue. All-inline layout is not easy to style without using latest CSS3 directives (like flex, etc.) This plugin was written when CSS3 was not a standard yet. I didn’t have chance to update the plugin.
3. I guess that plugin rendered on your page doesn’t strictly correspond to the shortcode sample you provide it your message. Could you send me actual shortcode, so that I can reproduce the issue on my dev machine.I will try to see if I can fix it when I return to office (should be second week for September), but I cannot promise, sorry.
P.S. You can send more details in ticket if you prefer.

In reply to: [Smart Countdown FX] Is your plugin compatible with WP Fastest Cache? This is exactly how Smart Countdown FX works:
Event date and time and upcoming events (when used with an event import plugin) are requested from server via AJAX – the widget should work correctly on sites with caching enabled.
I have tested the plugin with WP Super Cache (with cache enabled) and it works as expected. I didn’t try WP Fastest Cache though.
Are you sure it’s the cache-related issue? How do setup event date and time in plugin settings?
