I reached out again to follow up and was told that my use case was not recommended. The alternative I was given would have taken a great deal of time to implement. When I insisted, I was given a link to supposed documentation, but that was hidden behind a login link. * The lower tier product worked very well, and that is why I am only asking for a refund on the higher tier, since I was required to purchase a competitor’s product in order to launch the website on time.
