 * Hi Vennardk
 * I can’t offer any solutions to your problem, but can confirm that every now and
   again this problem crops up for us too. Every now and again we will return to
   a site and notice that images have gone missing.
 * Today we returned to our own site to see that a image is missing from our blog
   page. As it turns out, we had saved the file from the site only yesterday, so
   know for sure it was there about 24 hours ago.
 * Now it’s not there. Not on the site, not in the image gallery and not on the
   ftp server at all!
 * The only thing I could guess is that there is some kind of misconig between the
   ISPs we are using (I’m on Hetzner, not GoDaddy) and WP. As in, the ISP’s servers
   are not specifically optimised for WP and there is some kind of update or something
   running on the servers which causes erratic behaviour. ISP’s all swear that they
   do not detete content. We know we did not delete the image, so where did it go?
   Or what deleted it?
 * I’ve got no answers yet, but Hetzner has a “restore backup” option for both the
   database and files. I’m going to restore the backup to early yesterday am and
   see if the file turns up.
