I think that probably is the difference. One of the benefits of the [iHomefinder plugin](http://www.ihomefinder.com/products/marketboost/) is using the cookies and listings for lead generation. I resorted to downloading a different plugin named iHomeFinder. They also have a support staff to help. With certain themes you may have to go and mess with code to get it to work correctly. I would start off by looking into JQuery and JavaScript.
