 * Hi all, I have been advised that for mobile devices in order to Log Out you double
   tap the Log Out link. Cheers.

 * Hi there, I have tested logging out of my site on iPhone in Safari with Cookies
   turned off. JavaScript is enabled, and I cleared browser Cache and Cookies but
   I am still unable to log out of my site via the admin bar Log out link. I have
   also recently noticed that the ‘New User’ link under ‘+New’ in the admin bar 
   is not working at the front end of my site, but does work at the admin area of
   my site. This is occurring with my desktop computer so I am not sure if these
   two issues are related. Cheers.
