 * In this case: is it possible to set the state for new orders? I have bank transfer
   as a payment type and that never gets checked automatically so if someone orders
   a thing with that option never gets a mail (at least until I set the state manually).
 * On the other hand I have a duplicate order state nevertheless (though it’s in
   hungarian, you can see it 🙂 ):
