Thank you very much for your reply and sorry for the delay. As the store is managed by the developer, I have passed all your recommendations to them.
- They didn’t have any backups, so we agreed to start a daily backup.
- I suggested to them to disable Elementor temporarily, I don’t know if they tried that. But they went to restoring the missing elements, i.e. Banner, product images.
I will let you know if any issues come up.
