I thought I had done this last but did it again just now. * I deleted the existing slides, re-saved the new dimensions in the settings and re-created the slides. I cleared my cache and It seems to be doing the same thing. Do I need to delete the images from the media library completely? I wouldnā€™t think this would matter. * Let me know. In our case, it was simply a matter of logging into our host cpanel and we were prompted to run a script update. I was a bit confused by the codex instructions myself. The numerical values I discovered when I went into my sites file manager via the control panel (mine host uses cPanel). * While in the file manager, I found the folders and files for my site and in the right hand column it tells you the current permission settings. There is a selection to ā€œChange Permissionā€ settings and this is where I went to make the appropriate changes. I am not entirely clear on what the permission settings ā€œshouldā€ be.
