It’s your theme. Just add a widget to the Pages Sidebar widget area. Just add the form shortcode to the contact form field on the listing. The one in Jetpack is a Carousel lightbox so you can scroll the a gallery of photos. Just insert a gallery into the photos field. * There are any number of plugins you can use to add a custom contact form for each listing in the appropriate field.
