 * Same issue here on a new server, changed line 251 to use “attachment” as Content-
   Disposition instead of “inline”
 * `header( "Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=\"$filename\"" );`
 * Not sure where my settings are wrong to cause this to be needed, but the above
   works.
 * CentOS 7.4.1708 with Apache 2.4.6 and PHP 7.2

 * The greater point here is that a support plugin is, essentially, pointless for
   the overwhelming majority of users if it doesn’t include at least a minimal email
   notifications implementation. I have access to the add-ons, but putting this
   necessary feature behind a paywall is just…wrong. As such, I’ll be paying more
   for a different solution if necessary. I can’t trust that you won’t take other
   features that should be part of a base installation and start charging me for
   those somewhere down the line.
 * I’ve relied on your plugin for a very long time, and it has been great, but I
   feel I must move on. Best of luck.

 * Agreed. I’ve relied on it for a very long time. It looks like I have access to
   all of the add-ons for the new release under my purchase way-back-when, somehow,
   but I can’t support a decision like this. A support system is basically useless
   without at least the most basic of email notifications.

 * Ditto. Looking at either Awesome Support or WPMU’s plugin.

 * To be clear, I can understand putting some things behind a paywall, but basic
   email notification? C’mon…

 * I haven’t looked yet, but I’m getting ready to. If that’s the case, I will be
   moving on to a different product. Thanks for the response, [@spikerzz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/spikerzz/)

 * This also appears to be the case in Category view, and was a change made in 1.7

 * And…nope. I was wrong. Jumped the gun. This isn’t resolved. Subsequent posting
   revealed that this is, indeed, still an issue.

 * OK, it looks like Sticky in Recent Mode will act as I expected Super Sticky to.
   Which is…yeah…unexpected. Marking as resolved.

 * Also, it would be nice if we could select who would receive the new bug notifications,
   instead of just sending them to the Admin.

   no joy there.
 * No worries, mate. Thanks again.

 * I have PHP 5.3 and 93MB of memory, so I would assume that’s not the issue. Ah
   well, I’ll either have to restructure that script or move to WP-Syntax. Lame.
   Thanks for the help.

 * I wonder if it could be a PHP issue. What version of PHP does your host use?
   What’s your PHP memory limit?
