 * To answer your questions in order:
When I checked to see which theme is selected
all I can find is a place to change the theme and noting that will tell me which
is selected. From my blog log in there is no place labeled Dashboard. I can select“
Manage my blog” where there is still nothing labeled Dashboard. I selected Blog
Admin which does bring up a side bar call “Dashboard” from that point on your
directions work and YES, comments are enabled.
 * Did not understand the quickedit until I discovered by accident that it comes
up with a mouse over. Allow comments was checked already.
 * here is the URL for my blog [http://aflaude.wordpress.com](http://aflaude.wordpress.com)
