Cleared mobile phone history from all time. Still the same results. The menu items in “Fort Lauderdale Public Adjuster” are not sensitive to scrolling (swiping up or down). The content of the article is below the menu. I am into the Admin. I renamed the plugin folder: plugin.deactivated which allowed me to access admin. All plugins are not active.
