 * Hi. I found that the element hiding has class ‘elementor-hidden-phone’ which 
   does the hiding. I guess the section has an option turned on like on [this pic](https://prnt.sc/jn894x).
 * UPD: to edit section click on most left button [like here](http://prntscr.com/jn8bwa).
