I did the update again and it worked well with the table rate plugin I had been using before, and then everything fell apart when I reinstalled an Image SEO Plugin (SEO Image Toolbox). Thank you for your patience, my site is running smoothly again. Problem persists. This is the only way I have figured out to get customer to see their total order cost when they checkout, because the rates for different areas are different based on distance from my shop.
