 * THANX!!! after bout 2 days of googling, this saved my a**!!! I had the ‘WordPress
   Address (URL)’ without the ‘www.’ and the ‘Site Address (URL)’ with it. That 
   resolved in exactly in the same problems…

 * also login just refreshes, or says session expired when in customize mode.
    means,
   preview doesn’t work too, days I have no permission.
