Thank you guys for all your help I really appreciate it. And all we been able to discover is that it’s the responsive theme that has all the problems. I activated another theme, then uploaded my PDF file and it was viewable and everything was working fine, then I left it that way and then activated the responsive them again and it didn’t work, I got the same error message as before. I even deleted the responsive theme off my wordpress, then I re-uploaded it then activated it and nothing worked. So my only options now is to contact the theme’s owner or change my theme. Which I don’t wanna do because I like the responsive theme.
