 * Found the problem. One of the files had an apostrophe in the filename and that
   stopped all of the files from being found!?!?!?! Its working now.

 * My experience is that if you press the select button it will only select files
   that are not already in the media library. Then you press the Register button
   after ticking all the files that are not already present.
