 * Did you deactivate your plugins? Looks like the same error message I received
   too.

 * The problem was I had a 301 redirect before I upgraded to 2.3 from [http://www.monikamcgillicuddy.com/wordpress](http://www.monikamcgillicuddy.com/wordpress)
   to [http://monikamcgillicuddy.com/wordpress](http://monikamcgillicuddy.com/wordpress).
 * I didn’t change the wordpress URL and the blog URL address in the admin section
   under options.
 * Voila it’s fixed.
 * I hope.
 * A big thanks should go to Mark Flanders from Soundbite blog
    for all his hard
   work and effort.
 * Another big thanks to Kevin from Blue Host webhosting company for actually fixing
   the issue.

 * Now I am getting this message as I re-installed WP.
 * WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘1-category’ for key 2]
    INSERT INTO

   1’, ‘category’, ”, ‘0’, ‘1’)
 * WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘blogroll’ for key 2]
    INSERT INTO
   wpi4fmm_terms (name, slug, term_group) VALUES (‘Blogroll’, ‘blogroll’, ‘0’)
 * WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘2-link_category’ for key 2]
    INSERT
   INTO wpi4fmm_term_taxonomy (term_id, taxonomy, description, parent, count) VALUES(‘
   2’, ‘link_category’, ”, ‘0’, ‘7’)
 * I am searching the forum for other incidents.

 * I have the same issue and I am trying to get it resolved. my web-hosting company
   is no help either. I got beyond the cookie issue now it wants me to reinstall
   WP.
    Now it reads [http://mysite.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php](http://mysite.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php)
 * AGHH
