 * Twenty Thirteen theme is more accessible than Twenty Ten.
 * To do what you want, I recommend Joe Dolson’s [WP Accessibility](http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-accessibility/)
   Plugin which does far more than allow a toggle for high-contrast and large font
   stylesheets.
