 * Experiencing same issue with plain text tags. Trying to add tags with Gutenberg
editor results in them disappearing 1-4 seconds after entry and the CPU load
on my server sky-rocketing. Only way to make tags quick is via ‘quick edit’.

 * Update: I knew as soon as I asked for help I’d stumble across a solution. Need
to edit the apache2.conf as well to AllowOverride All. Just to double-check though
before marking it resolved – is this the right thing to do? I thought whatever
I had in my sites-enabled/website.conf would take precedence.

 * Yep, it was my own stupid fault and not the upgrade. There must have been an
initial slowdown in the site after the upgrade (or before I tried the fix) and
then after I reset my router the site wasn’t able to look correctly due until
DNS updated that made it look like continuation of the same issue.

 * Sorry to hear you are having difficulties as well. The fix is not that technical
a thing to do. All you need is an FTP client (like FileZilla) and a text editor(
even notepad works – though things are more readible using Notepad++ or Sublime).
There are plenty of guides online for how to use these.
 * In relation to my issue, I have just uploaded a [screenshot](http://postimg.org/image/vnxbht2g9/)
showing what my wp-admin page looks like when it does load.
 * Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide on this issue.
 * **Update 2:** Sorry, I should have done this earlier. It looks like a potential
reason for the issue is waiting for my DNS changes to propogate. Inspecting the
page shows roughly 14 errors where failed to load resource as it’s calling from
the proper address for the site (constellations.scot). The link I provided earlier
is a dynamic DNS provided by the router. Soon after the issue occurred my internet
went down and I had to restart the cable modem which resets my IP so need to
update the DNS host with new one. Wondering now whether the fix has worked (CPU
load is near enough 0) and its just a case of waiting for changes to propogate
before the sites loads correctly again. Will post an update once I know if this
   was the issue or not.

 * Update: Tried deleting cache, plugins, and other themes again with the downgrade
but still the having same issue. Also, not sure if it helps in determining what
is wrong, but the site still tries to load with the theme I have deleted.

 * Does anyone know how to change the max width of the text that appears in the
sidebar? On larger screens there ends up being more unused blank space than space
   used for the text.
