I’ve been working with the host on this (Flywheel, they’re great) and it seems they have narrowed it down to a conflict with this plugin: [https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wps-hide-login/](https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wps-hide-login/) * All sites where User Switching fails to work, have this plugin activated. I assumed the custom loop would only run on the page if the shortcode were in place. * I really appreciate how supportive you’ve been. * This is my second attempt at using Exchange as we usually use WooCommerce for client projects. Exchange seems more than sufficient for most jobs we do, but I’m afraid we’re probably looking at leaving it behind because the level of support( I’m not talking about your own plugin here) is not good, and when using this on client sites when a fast response is required, it’s just not sustainable. * I would gladly pay more for support to get it, if the support was helpful and fast. * If you could get this back to the iThemes team I’d really appreciate that. * But for here, thanks for you support with this issue.
