Its working fine now! * I have enabled the shipping calculator on the cart page, and I have disabled the option in Woocommerce settings which says “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”. Hence, this shows by default “Free shipping to specific state” and then gives another option down to change address. * Now, on my website, I have kept free shipping for a specific state, and there is a flat shipping rate for other states.
