 * Thank you, but that does not seem to be the issue. I edited the page to have 
   only one form, but still had the same problem. (I have now changed it back.)
 * May switch to Gravity Forms…..

 * Completely agree. This is a big issue. I also need to allow users to purchase
   more than one membership to access different buckets of content – each membership
   goes with a different bucket. A user can have zero, one, or multiple. Have not
   found a solution yet using any out-of-the-box plugins.
 * **Can anyone help?**
