 * Oh yes, and I tried resetting the plugins folder, and I do not have Google Gears
   installed.

 * I have a very similar problem, but with Pages in addition to Posts. The Save 
   Draft button used to show up before I upgraded to WordPress 2.9.2, now it only
   shows up for new Pages. Also when I click Preview Changes, it says “You do not
   have permission to preview drafts” for the pre-existing Pages, and a blank page
   for new Pages.
 * So basically now I can’t Save Drafts of existing Pages or Preview Changes to 
   them. All my changes need to be published before I can see them. How did I lose
   this functionality?
 * I thought this might be related to plugins so I deactivated all of them, both
   in the Dashboard and via the instructions above. Nothing improved.
 * These problems are consistent across Mac and PC, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
   Additionally, when I use Firefox on a PC, I can’t even log in to my dashboard!(
   although it works on other browsers or platforms.)
 * Help.
